The main conclusions of this paper through exploring the strategic influence of context on museum interpretation are as follows:

First, in the exploration process, this paper argues for the influence of contextual effect on the translation of the relevance theory. It effectively applies the theory to the practice of guide interpretation in the Chengdu Museum, a famous cultural attraction in China.
