4. Students’ “Feeling of Achievements”
The students can experience the “feeling of achievements” when they finish a task successfully, or get a high score in a test, or show their achievements in public and accept the classmates’ rewards, especially when they can use their own knowledge in actual situation successfully. This feeling can not only provoke the students’ confidence and determination, but also form the good recycle of English learning. The “feeling of achievements” is the most important for the students who are behind the good students. If the teachers give these students encouragement appropriately, they will stimulate these students’ pride; however, if the teachers give up these students, maybe most of them will lose the chance and confidence to study.
