Conclusion
For example, the English teachers may explore to takeadvantage of the following three modes to carry out the English grammar teaching: the positivetransfer towards the similarity of the Chinese grammar and the English grammar, the negativetransfer towards the difference of the Chinese grammar and the English grammar and zerotransfer. For these three modes, the teachers can take advantage of the corresponding teachingmethods. In terms of the positive transfer, the English teachers can firstly revise and consolidatethe relevant Chinese grammar. And then during the process of teaching, the teachers can takeadvantage of the comparative learning to make the middle school students transfer the Chinesegrammar rules that they have grasped to the learning of the English grammar in order to graspthe contents when they realize the positive transfer. In terms of the negative transfer, theEnglish teachers can take advantage of the comparative analysis to make it clear the similarityand differences between the Chinese grammar and the English grammar in order to improve thedistinguish ability towards the rules of the English grammar and the Chinese grammar in thesecontents in order to eliminate the possible negative transfer for the purpose of making themiddle school students grasp the contents that they learn as soon as possible. In terms of thezero transfer, the English can take advantage of the independent means to carry out the teaching.During the teaching process, the English teachers should not compare the Chinese grammarwith the English grammar in order to make the students learn the new English grammar withoutthe disturbance of the Chinese.
The last advice is teachers should keep eyes on the teaching evaluation’s form and contents.English tests with appropriate difficulty degrees should be offered based on the understandingson students’ learning condition.
