1.Introduction Since the enactment of the AoA rules, it has made great contributions to the liberalization of agricultural trade. The weakening of trade barriers contributes to the unprecedented prosperity of the world’s agricultural market. In the meanwhile, it is eroding the interests of developing countries intentionally or unintentionally because of some details in the rules. Firstly, this essay takes China for example and focuses on the respect of the market access to discuss the unfairness existed in the rules and the treatments which should not be deserved by the developing countries.
