RESULTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

As the above analysis, we found that although the world economy is not out of the crisis, Vietnam's economic growth slowed and it will be an opportunity for investors who know how to calculate and adventure will surelyis a great opportunity to invest in Vietnam.

As a consultant I would like to offer some recommendations for reference to possible economic development of Vietnam:

Cooperation, business links and take advantage of opportunities to exploit new markets during the global crisis.

Development of the domestic market, trade promotion on the basis of the proposed potential market, through the Association to organize, leverage funding and policy of the State.

Monitor and provide support for enterprise-oriented. Monetary policy, flexibility and efficiency.

Open investment environment, note the consistency of support industries. Create conditions to attract investment and production capacity to expand the market production of goods and products, to stabilize the market and limit inflation.

Restructuring the economy and improve the quality of growth, identify the key economic sector, focusing resources and guidance to maintain the expected growth in the coming years.

The Government should review the management of the budget balance in order to reduce pressure on the public debt.
