ideline on future businesses. The overall aim of the research will include qualitative and quantitative information from primary data collection and secondary sources such as reference books, government statistics or market intelligence reports.
With the aims of selecting an appropriate and promising industry to start our business, primary data was collected; an analysis about the original data obtained directly relating to the proposed subject was also conducted. Primary data does not exist before it is designed to answer specific questions relating to the research. Ways of collecting primary data are observations, interviews and standardized questionnaires. The choice of a method depends on the purpose of the research that we want to know more customers' opinions and then produce what they most want to buy. As a result, we find out that cosmetic market is such a promising one with a large number of potential consumers.
Research studies only consisting of primary data are very unusual; while it is useful to use secondary data in order to save time and give new angles of approach (Lekvall & Wahlbin, 1993).
Secondary data is ‘data used in a research project that was originally collected for other purposes’ (Saunders 2007). This information includes the existing information such as published and unpublished information about the industry and data from reports, journals, textbooks, newspapers and the Internet. Through applying these research methods, our new business will draw the strong points of others to offset its own weakness.
 
5.A Small SWOT Analysis
5.1 Opportunities
According to the investigation and research of Euro monitor international, which is a professional global business information consultant company in the world, in the recent 5 years future, the size of the global cosmetic market will achieved at 0.313 trillion dollors, the total increasing rate is almost 16%. Furthermore, the sustainable rapid economic growth, particularly in improvement of the consumer's income is another great opportunity. Although there is a global economic crisis which spread around the world, the cosmetic products is be one of the essential goods in people's daily life.
Apart from above, demograohic changes in developed and developing countries, the aging population and longer life expectancy in the world which stimulate the demand of the anti-aging products with health care function will also be potential opportunities; in addition, other factors like customers pay more attention to the self-image and healthy, governments focus on the cosmetics market to promote the standardization of consumer confidence for better control, the development of technology for the cosmetics companies that will provide more market-based instruments and product selling points as well as the development of technology provide a strong support for the research and market promotion of the cosmetic industry, all of those can be good news for our new business to win a great profits.
 
5.2 Threats
There are 10 big companies occupy over a half of the global market in the world which conclud P&G, Kao, Shiseido, Unilever, L'Oreal who are the industry leaders in the Western-Euro market, and occupy best in Eastern-Euro, North-America, African and Middle- Eastern market.
