摘要:最近几年,印度每年的国内生产总值(GDP)连续两个或多个季度的下降,经济疲乏成为印度的主要问题,在这种大背景下,如何进行人力资源管理呢?本文就此进行了分析。

The HRM Function has to have priorities in mind and the strategic impact of the HRM Innovations in the recession time. The role of the HRM Function is not to cut the costs for the time being, but to make the organization stronger and ready for the future growth.

 

As a leader and strategic partner in your organization, you have the tools to assist your company in surviving and thriving through these difficult times. First you need to start thinking strategically…

To optimize the manpower strength.

 

To take strategic initiatives to increase the productivity and efficiency of the entire organization.

 

To work on compensation benefits.

 

Redesign training and development programs.
