Considerations on Approaches to Make Operations Strategy for TM Company

1.0 Executive Summary

The main purpose of this report is to make it clear the approach to create an operations strategy for TM Company by using existed analytical frameworks and practical methodologies. TM Company is a big-scale chain sales enterprise with more than 0.5million https://www.51lunwen.org/marketing/ associates worldwide and nearly 2500 stores and wholesale clubs across 7countries. Expecting more profits and expansion, TM Company is taking effective measures to realize its dream. Though comparatively well organized and management, it need an operations strategy to striding across the world. The main points of operations strategy in this report are to take full advantages of TM Company and avoid its shortcomings. Analytical frameworks and practical methodologies used in this report are corporate objectives, marketing strategy and operations strategy and the process of strategy development. The main focuses are by what considerations operations strategy can be made. Though this operations strategy, customers’ needs can be conveyed and satisfied. Finding compromises between operations strategy and sales and marketing to make largest profits and market share, using the minimum amount of current resources, materials and energy existed in corporations.
