For instance, according to the estimMBAation of American Labor Office, the freshmen of the workers will take up 22% in 1980s, while almost 20% of the workers will be the minorities. In some Europe countries, the diversity of race and culture is now augmenting because of the changes of immigrant and employment policies. Seeing from the angle of the world, we can find such a phenomenon that some corporations extend their operations oversea or ally some foreign investment companies, which, at some extent, makes the diversity of management become more and more important. As a result, many companies will choose this managing method to administer their employees. Since 20 years before now, plenty of companies of America, Europe and Asia had tried this new managing method in order to get such an expectation that this approach can create much experiences, cognitions and information to enhance the organizational efficiency and to promote the further development of the corporation. These should be regarded to be the strengths of the managing diversity, while it also has some weaknesses such as it will cause some avoidless conflicts because of several different cultural backgrounds. As we all know, every enterprise has its own unique organizational culture which is a compound, including value conception, managing ideology, colony consciousness, formed by several yeas’ management. The freshmen will bring their own culture which may cause some conflicts to the current culture, no matter whether it is sustainable or not.
      Managing Diversity is about the realization of the potential of all employees certain group-based equal opportunities need to be seriously questioned, in particular positive action and targets (https://www.51lunwen.org/mbaessay/ Kandola and Fullerton, 1994, p:47). Diversity approaches that encourage managers to ignore the realities of inequality and discrimination, which create such conditions for people from particular groups, will mean that the status quo is maintained (Ouseley, 1996, p:7).
      As the above quotations indicate that managing diversity is the result of debating about the equal opportunity. There are two routes to managing diversity: individual differences and social group characteristics. Why individual differences lead to managing diversity? Because individuals which have been recognized that they might be impacted the purposes of organizational decision making, which be stripped of their gender and ethnicity.
