摘要:Female fashion magazine with international copy right cooperation is an imprint of the times which indicates that China has entered into the word after the reform and opening to the outside world.

ion is becoming more and more prominent, too. But unfortunately, culture belongs to a kind of “soft Power”, which is easily conditioned and manipulated by economy and polities. Thus there are “strong culture” and “weak culture” (Han, 2006).In the process of cultural globalization, a few western developed countries, especially the United States, pursue a Strategy of cultural hegemony to retain their ascendancy. Weak culture is gradually being influenced by strong culture. For example, in China, there are American products, such as vanity magazine, while Chinese local magazine will be effected by the outside culture. The world culture is developing under the unequal confrontation between strong culture and weak culture. However, cultural globalization should not mean cultural simplification, cultural homogenization or the westernization of world cultures. It should be interaction and communication among different nations and cultures in a huge scale (Han, 2006). The so-called “universal civilization” does not apply to all of human kind as many cultures do not have the same values, belief, tradition, or/and political system.
