摘要:本文是英语语法论文,为了分析中国英语学习者在英语学习中母语的影响,有必要进行研究对比分析英语比较级和比较级”和类似的结构“越来越”在中国。通过分析存在的异同,汉语对英语学习的影响进行了分析。然后本文的研究得到的有效方法学习英语表达的影响。

Inhis thesis, the academic circles have done a lot of research with respect to “geng X ”and “yue laiyue X ”. His paper is not comprehensive enough. He just simply illustrates the results related tothe details of this paper on two fields: grammaticalization study and construction study. Hepoints out that it is necessary to study the two constructions. He also indicates that it is essential toaccount for the research scope, methods and corpus of the paper. It expounds the differences of“geng X”and“yue lai yue X” from five fields. They are the different grammaticalization, whichincludes presupposition, scanning way, expressive connotation, and arrangement.

Chapter Ⅳ Results and Discussion

This paper choose English construction “comparative degree and comparative degree”because its meaning and word formation resembles Chinese “yue lai yue” , which is frequentlyused by the Chinese. In this paper, the semantic, syntactic, pragmatic research of Chinese “yuelai yue”and English“comparative degree and comparative degree” are described, which take theBCC and Corpus of Contemporary American(COCA) for Reference. This part attempts toanalyze the characteristics of Chinese “yue lai yue” and English“comparative degree andcomparative degree” and the similarities and differences between them.

4.1 Chracteristics of RPCs

Every construction is associated more or less detailed information about its semantic,syntactic, pragmatic characteristics. Since such characterization may swell into fairly large andelaborate collections of symbols when represented formally, Construction Grammar use a boxnotation as a convenient way of organizing all the information needed to give an adequate accountof linguistic structure. The box diagram have become the most visible and readily recognizabletrademark of Construction Grammar, the notion of “knowing a language” means knowing itsconstructions; The active, the passive, the reflexive, the existential sentence types can all be seenas constructions, and so can the preposition, phrase, or the verb phrase. In fact, in the view ofConstruction Grammar, language is the inventory of its constructions.
