4.1 The Current Problems of the Definition of “Da” Verbs in LDCFL  

In  this  part,  we  first  will  choose  “da”  verbs  in  the  following  dictionaries---  Usage Dictionary of Chinese Words (1997) (shorted as UDCW) mainly edited by Li Xiaoqi etc, HSK Chinese Proficiency Test Dictionary (2000) (shorted as HSKCPTD) mainly edited by  Shao  Jinmin  and  The  Commercial  Press  Learner’s  Dictionary  of  Contemporary Chinese  (2007)  (shorted  as  CPLDCC)  mainly  edited  by  Lu  Jianji  and  Lv  Wenhua  and The  Contemporary  Chinese  Dictionary  (6th  edition)  (2012)  (  shorted  as  CCD6).  By comparing  and  analyzing  the  definition  structure  of  “da”  verbs  between  three  different LDCFL  and  CCD6,  we  can  find  out  the  common  problems  lying  in  the  definition  of “da”  verbs  in  LDCFL.  Then  the  number  of  sense  of  verb  “da”  will  be  summarized  on the basis of the analysis of definition in LDCFL.
