摘要:This paper is just discussing the translation of trademark of commodities for female from the angle of the aesthetic principle and method .In this paper, the author uses some theories of translation, such as literal translation, free translation, and also some aesthetic principle, such as the beauty in sense, sound and form.

Firstly, some trademarks are composed of only several letters, numbers or marks. Therefore, those trademarks are easy to be understood. For example, SK—II, the Japanese cosmetics, whose trademark name is composed by only two letters and one number. It is easy to read and remember, so it is not need to be translated. U’ db is a kind of the English women’s dress. EQ:IQ is a kind of the Hong Kong women’s dress. VVA is a kind of the Spanish silver personal ornament. Secondly, some trademarks of the commodities for female are used acronym as their trademark name. For example, Christian Dior is a kind of the international famous cosmetics, though we can translate it into“迪奥”,  we always call it “CD”. Carol &John is a kind of women’s shoes, we usually call it “C&J”. Calvin Klein is a kind of American senior fashionable clothing, we always call it “CK”. Thirdly, some trademarks of the commodities for female have a long long history. Those trademarks do not need to be translated. For example, Max Mara is a kind of Italian women’s dress.
As a result, the method of no translation shows that the trademark does not need to be translated, only to keep the original appearance.
 
IVConclusion
It seems that the translation of trademark of commodities for female is very easy. In fact, it is rather difficult. Nowadays, the competition among companies is quite fierce. Trademark, as symbol of companies, plays a vital role in the process of marketing and merchandizing. Therefore, to the companies, a perfect trademark is very important. A successful trademark of the commodities for female not only can transmit the original meaning of the old name of trademark, but also can give the second life to the commodities. Thus it can attract the female consumers. The translations should not only retain the same character with its original but also comply with the aesthetic psychology of the consumers. Therefore, in order to stimulate the customers’ desire to purchase the products, the translations should pursue beauty and create beauty to make a kind of picturesque emotion. As the translator, we should master a lot of knowledge in different fields and use the methods and skills freely, and explores the new skills of the translation of the trademark, and tries to find out some certain principles of the translation of the trademark. In this way, we can translate the trademarks better and better.
   This paper is just discussing the translation of trademark of commodities for female from the angle of the aesthetic principle and method .In this paper, the author uses some theories of translation, such as literal translation, free translation, and also some aesthetic principle, such as the beauty in sense, sound and form. This paper will bring a boarder market to the commodities for female.
