ew  implications  for  application  of  cooperative learning  in  English  writing  class  of  Vocational  Colleges.  It  also  focuses  on  the  limitations found in the study and provides corresponding suggestions for the future. After the cooperative learning experiment of sixteen weeks in English class, the students in  the  experimental  class  have  greatly  improved  their  enthusiasm  of  English  Writing.  The students in experimental class have become more interested in English writing than before.  Firstly,  The  frequent  communication  and  activities  between  the  teacher  and  students  as well  as  students  during  the  experiment  makes  the  students'  English  interests  significantly improved. In the group activities, the students' ability of cooperation and communication has been improved, and the relationship between the students is more harmonious than before.In cooperative  activities  vocational  school  students  help  each  other,  trust  each  other  and everyone is actively involved. Students' learning attitude is more active than ever. Cooperative learning  is  effective.  The  students  from  experimental  class  have  more  confidence  in  their English compositions before the experiment. Cooperative learning make the students believe they will make progress continuously; the students' confidence in English writing is doubled and the feeling of fear is reduced. With application of cooperative learning in English writing class, the students no longer feel very nervous when they asked to write a a composition. With the  application  of  cooperative  learning,  different  materials  are  integrated  together,  and different  ideas  have  been  exchanged.  The  students'  critical  thinking  ability  has  been  greatly improved.
