摘要:This thesis is to draw attention to the influence of culture difference between China and America to foreign trade in China. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the nation has speeded up the process of opening up to the outside world.

on, it is necessary for people to know the target culture. They should learn not only the target cultural knowledge on the surface level but also the knowledge on the deep level. Keep an open mind to it. (Wang Zhengyuan, 2001:152) Not everything that you think is reasonable and acceptable in your own culture is necessarily acceptable in other cultures. When people do not know or know little about the target culture, especially about deep cultural factors such as its values, beliefs and thought patterns on the psychological layer, they are very likely to transfer their own cultural patterns to the communication with people from the target culture and assume that it is appropriate for intercultural communication.
 

4.4 Encourage Chinese Universities to Learn American Culture
 
It is important for a language learning student to understand that culture is connected to language. English language learners from China, Some believe that as long as they can use English language, they can understand culture difference and to solve the problem. V.Positive Influences of Sino-American Culture Differences on International Business

Everything we know is connected by culture. It is very powerful, and to some degree, culture is a kind of invisible strength. The company manager must learn to regard cultural difference as a kind of advantage of the joint ventures and try to make full use of it. If we can deal with the cultural conflict well, it can help strengthen the vigor and competitiveness of enterprises, and thus constitute the motive of enterprises’ development.
 
In recent years, international company developed very quickly. Many American businessmen come to China for invest. And also, you can find China Town anywhere in the world. People will no longer stay in their countries. They will go anywhere if they think they can find market there. It will broaden their thought while they analyze and solve the problems, and help the members learn mutually.
 
Secondly, in the cultural conflict, members often keep in touch, exchange the ideas and views, which strengthen the understanding to each other, and increase the mutual appeal. Therefore, the interpersonal relationships may become more harmonious. Moreover, the setting-up and development of staff's harmonious interpersonal relationship contributes to members’ positive and optimistic attitude. So the staff can work in the joyful mood to improve their working efficiency. The staff can also strengthen the sense of duty and ownership, which helps the company to develop in a sustainable and healthy way. The existence of the cultural conflict makes business workers realize the cultural difference between different regions and different nationalities, and in this way it expands the workers’ vision.
