摘要:This thesis is to draw attention to the influence of culture difference between China and America to foreign trade in China. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the nation has speeded up the process of opening up to the outside world.

ome problems, and urge the members to understand the important significance of scientific and proper handling of cultural conflict for the survival and development of the corporations. Every culture has its own conception and solution to a specific problem. The existence of the cultural difference offers the international company a variety of useful and creative ideas through the lasting dispute and extensive opinion-exchanging among members in the process of carrying out decisions. So, as we know, because of those capable leaders from international company, the world can develop so quickly. They learn cultures from different countries and put in practice in their business.
  
VI. Conclusion
 
This thesis is to draw attention to the influence of culture difference between China and America to foreign trade in China. With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the nation has speeded up the process of opening up to the outside world. In order to create favorable conditions for China's rapid economic growth, we should know western culture as well as our own. China and America, they are both influential and powerful countries in the world.

These two largest cultural groups representing eastern and western countries will inevitably encounter cultural differences. On the other hand, there is a great need to make a systematic study of our own culture, and then introduce it to westerners. The most salient dimensions of culture that can affect the conduct of business overseas were identified and discussed. Managers who seek to conduct business in the global economy have to understand these differences and be aware of their implications for effective performance abroad. Different culture shapes different way to perceive the world, to define what is right or wrong, and to conduct business. When venturing into international trade, hold on to your shirt and watch your back. Both of them could be in danger. Cultural differences alone can create huge stumbling blocks to successful international trade. What made China so great as a trading nation was not just how much we managed to sell, but how much we brought back from overseas that culturally enriched our lives. And we still need to learn from other nations, to enjoy their cultures; otherwise we would be in a world to decline.
