本文的目的是提供一个全面的管理问题,跨国组织员工沟通渠道的相关因素必须突显出最合适的研究方法。本研究方法是设计和实现经过仔细考虑,可能会存在一些限制因素,可能会影响研究的结果。当前分析旨在探索不同的因素,影响公司的内部基础设施和评价体系,继而改善员工的沟通渠道。


The main objective of this research is to evaluate the channels of communications with employees in multi-national organizations, and to verify various factors that would help to improve these communication channels. For achieving this objective, the employee relations management of the organization would be reviewed and evaluated along with a detailed analysis of various strategies and methods that companies have implemented within the internal environment of the organization to gain competitive edge in the multi-national environment.


For the purpose of providing a comprehensive view on issues and factors related to the employees communication channels in multinational organizations it is imperative to decide and underline the most appropriate research methodology. This research methodology is designed and implemented after careful consideration of the limitations that could have effect on the outcome of the study. The current analysis is aimed at exploring different factors affecting the internal infrastructure of the company and evaluation for forming an opinion in improving the communication channels of the employees. The report draws vital information from different sources regarding the companys employee relations management and the communication channels required to improve employees interactions within a multi-national organization. Several communication barriers within the multinational organization have also been discussed. The sources of information used in this study include secondary sources that are described in detail in the following sections. The report also provides conclusions based on the researchers analysis. The entire report would help to investigate and analyze numerous characteristics required to improve the communication channels of employees and managers in the international organizations.


Employee communication is important in all kind of organization, whether its a large or small organization. Employee communication includes not only conveying message to employees but also the feedback and the involvement of employees. It is essential to emphasize the internal environment of the organization rather than only emphasizing the external environment such as the customers, stakeholders and investors. Two way communications is highly imperative to improve the channels within the multinational organizations. Two-way communication entails the administration talking to employees, and listening to answers and feedbacks. Moreover, taking action based on the responses and feedbacks of the employees. Good two-way communication can assist to create the psychological contract, in which employees experience appreciation by their employer and the managers cherish their employees contributions. These, in turn, encourage superior performance, employee maintenance and affirmative emotions towards work. On the other hand, poor communication operates as a barrier for the multinational organizations.
