摘要:经济环境直接影响企业的发展和成败,每年由于经济的起伏变化消失在历史长河中的企业数不尽数,本文就从经济环境入手,浅谈经济环境对企业发展的重要影响。

(first introduced by Atari Football) in the form of Track & Field. This game becomes one way that an arcade-living teen can get a sweat-inducing workout. In order to get enough speed for many of the events, the buttons have to be pounded repeatedly with alternating hands to the point that one cannot discern the sound of the individual button presses. The game quickly becomes a vehicle through which players prove, not only their eye-hand coordination, but their general dexterity and physical stamina.

1983: Cinematronics releases Dragon's Lair, the first laserdisc-based arcade game. Though Rick Dyer programmed the game and it was his brainchild, the game's success is due to the excellent animation talent of Don Bluth and his team (The Secret of NIMH, An American Tale, Titan A.E., etc). The fact is that though the format is visually impressive and allows for graphics far better than what the current arcade boards can produce, the gameplay of this genre leaves much to be desired. The interaction with the onscreen experience is simply a matter of pushing the joystick in the right direction and/or pressing the button. If this is accomplished, then the next video clip will play.

1983: With too many products on the shelves from a multitude of publishers, many third-party companies go out of business. The games from these companies are then discounted heavily. Companies that are still in business cannot compete against the cheap games, so they wind up losing money because of unsold inventory.

1984: The year when most of the companies bent to the pressure of the market and had to sell off their business in order to survive due to huge losses. Mattel sold off Mattel Electronics to Terry Valeski, a Mattel VP. In the same year, Warner Communications sells off the consumer division of Atari Inc. but keeps the arcade division and names it Atari Games.

The main reason for the Great Crash was the volatile market of North America and the over-optimistic approach of the game developers. The game developers were not able to sell the stock that they had produced due to over-estimation of sales. This lead to a lot of stock on the shelves and the number of bad games released was very big. As a result of that, the sales of video games declined in this era. Moreover, at this time the personal computer was getting popular and so the parents thought of it as a better investment than a video game. This also contributed as a factor and lead to the decline of video games.

The Video Games Are Back

1985: Nintendo tests markets its Nintendo Entertainment systems in New York with the goal of entering the US market. This marks the beginning of international companies competing for a share of the US market.

1986: Considering the success of their NES in New York, Nintendo releases the game nationwide with Super Mario Bros. a version of their arcade hit video game. Due to the immense success of the NES, Nintendo outsells its competition which includes SEGA and Atari.

1987: Nintendo holds on to the market which leads to games from EA, Atari resulting into big flops. Nintendo releases its popular 'Legend Of Zelda' on cartr论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
