There are two main methods used in this study: Test and Random Access. In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the PBL teaching method more effectively, this paper divides the test section of the test paper. First, comprehensively evaluate the experimental class and the control class. Then, experimental teacher will carry on the examination on the units which used PBL teaching method and the units which used traditional teaching method in order to have a landscape comparison of the results in two classes. Finally, the experiment class tested again. The units which used PBL teaching method and other units which used the LBL teaching method in order to have a vertical comparison in results to judge the influence of PBL teaching method on students’ learning. The comprehensive examination questions in this test are all multiple-choice (50) which choose from test bank, and the difficulty level is ease. Examination question in PBL teaching method are reading comprehension. Examination in the form of a closed volume, the time is 60 minutes. After the test, input the test scores into Excel and use the SPSS15.0 statistical package.

Conclusion
21century is the rapid economic and social development of the era, the reform of the education system is imperative. PBL teaching method discards the shortcomings of the traditional teaching, and adapt to the teaching reform of a new teaching mode. PBL teaching method is first implemented in some medical schools, after decades of development, has spread all over the world. Our country has formed a certain scale after the continuous exploration and reform. First, PBL teaching method improved students’ self-learning ability. Self-learning ability emphasizes that teacher should train students’ learning motivation and interest, so as to achieve the initiative to voluntarily learn. Students’ learning demanding will drive students to discover questions, analyze questions and answer questions themselves. In the PBL teaching process, students should motivate themselves, set learning goal, make independent researches and guide themselves in their studies. In
