摘要:本文是一篇英语教学法论文,本研究探讨了如何基于《高中英语课程标准》(2017)提出的英语学习活动概念来改进英语听说教学模式,以及三个层次的活动对学生兴趣、参与度和英语听说学习成绩的影响,本研究提出了三个研究问题,这三个问题在英语听说综合课的实施过程中必须回答。

本文是一篇英语教学法论文,笔者认为听力和口语作为语言技能的前两项技能,值得更多的关注和研究。英语学习活动概念为义务教育中的教师提供了一个新的视角。这项研究将英语学习活动理念应用于听-说课堂,说明了它作为提高效率和享受的一种方式的优势。

1.1 Research Background

This part briefly introduces the importance of English listening and speaking skills,thedilemma of cultivating junior high school English listening and speaking skills,and the need fordesigning a new mode of English integrated listening-speaking teaching in junior high school.

1.1.1 Significance of English Listening and Speaking Skills

Language skills are one of the foundations for the formation of comprehensive languageability.English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011)and China’s Standardsof English Language Ability(2018)both put forward relevant requirements for listening andspeaking skills.English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011)stipulates thatbefore graduating from the junior high school,students are required to achieve English abilityLevel 5.For listening,students are able to understand the speakers’intentions,extract theinformation and opinions,take some notes while listening,respond to the discourse,andunderstand the causalities of the conversation.For speaking,students should be able to say whatthey think,communicate with others through cooperation,self-correct,ask for help,and produceperformance that has natural pronunciation,intonation,and tone.In 2009,the Jiangsu EducationDepartment decided to include an automatic listening-speaking test in the Senior High SchoolEntrance Examination in order to implement the requirements of the English CurriculumStandards for Compulsory Education(2011).This decision underlined the importance ofimproving students’integrated listening-speaking competence,and further promoted keycompetence.China’s Standards of English Language Ability(2018)also put forward relevantrequirements(Table 1.1 and Table 1.2).These two standards view listening and speaking asmore than pure skills but language activities in real situations,which placed emphasis oncommunication,cooperation,and comprehensive development.That is to say,in Englishintegrated listening-speaking classes,teachers should plan different levels of activities that are asclose to real life as possible to get students excited and make them more likely to participate inorder to reach the final goal.

1.2 Purpose of the Research

The cultivation of students’listening and speaking abilities has become an important link inEnglish teaching.By reviewing the curriculum reform and literature of junior high schoolEnglish listening and speaking teaching,the author aims to clarify some problems in integratedlistening-speaking teaching.Moreover,with the promulgation of English Curriculum Standardsfor Compulsory Education(2011)and English Curriculum Standards for Senior High School(2017),the requirements for students’listening and speaking competence have been very clearand specific.As a result,the purpose of this study is to find out the main difficulties anddilemmas of English listening-speaking teaching in junior high school through the questionnairesand literature review.To resolve the problems,the author attempted to develop a new mode ofEnglish listening-speaking teaching mode in junior high school that is based on ELAC andverifies the effect of the English listening-speaking teaching mode based on ELAC on studen论文英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写英语论文代写代写论文代写英语论文代写留学生论文代写英文论文留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
