在销售手机技术作为团队环境下业务运营经验的基础上,我了解了真实情况下的业务内容,即真实的业务经验。 同时,在业务运作中应用的知识和模式,如需求与供给与税务后果知识的关系,这些知识对于决策也是至关重要的。此外,反思实践就是我可以从实践中学习的方式。 为了记录实践反思,通过一些工具用于准备反思报告,如思维导图,一些模型用于录制反射报告。
In the experience of the selling mobile phone technology as the trail business operation under the team environment, I have learnt the contents which are out of the book and lecture that is business under the real situation, namely real business experience. At the same time, the knowledge and model which are also applied in the business operation to make a decision, such as the relationship between the demand and supply and tax consequence knowledge, these knowledge is quite critical to the decisions.In addition, reflection practice is the way in which I can conduct and learn from the practice. To record the practice reflection, some tools are used for the prepared for the reflection report such as mind map and some models are applied for the recording the reflection report. Therefore, this article would focus on the recording the experience of the selling the mobile technology in the teamwork.

There are six models, which could apply to record the reflection. They are Gibbs Model of Reflection, John’s, Borton’s, PAAR, Driscoll and other models. In the reflection report, I would like to apply the Gibbs Model of Reflection. Some elements would be discussed in the reflection report, namely, description, analysis, evaluation, Identification of learning, and action plan to return to description of new event(Gibbs, 1988).

The reflection report is to record the 8 rounds of trail business operation. In this business, each class is a universe and there are 8 groups each universe. In addition, each student has unique username and password to access to the website www.cesim.com to do the trail business transaction under the real economic environment. The
business environment is closely link to the economic environment in USA, Asia and Europe and also considered the demand from these three areas. In the experience of practice, the goal is to transfer the knowledge to the real experience under the situation, which I have never met before. What is more? Working under the team environment is to practice the teamwork under the real transactions to make decisions and willing of the teamwork.
Analysis 分析
To face this situation that selling the mobile phone technology to these three countries, the relationship between the demand and supply is quite important. Under the economic rule, when supply is more than demand, the price would be lower than market value; however, if the supply is less than demand, the price would be higher than market value, mobile phone technology would selling the better price when supply is less than demand. Also, the factors are also considered such as the costs associated with the mobile phone technology such as development fees and others. In addition, the budget is also quite important for business decisions. Therefore, the relationship between the demand and supply would help make the decisions and consider the factors as a whole(Finlay, 2008).
