摘要:教师职业认同既可理解为一个过程,也可以理解为一种状态。本研究的教师职业认同特指一种“过程”即教师通过与社会、组织、他人的互动基于自身利益而逐步形成的对教师职业认可的过程。

Eventually it will affect the development of the country.Therefore, it's necessary to understand high school English teachers'professional identity. With the deepening research of teacher education,teachers' professional identity has attracted much attention from expertsboth at home and abroad. But studies on English teachers' professionalidentity, especially these on high school English teachers does not seemto have attracted much attention.Based on the above reasons and the help of my supervisor, I decidedto study high school English teachers' professional identity. This paperwill analyze the influence of senior school English teachers' professionalidentity on the basic views from sociology, psychology, management,https://guanli.51lunwen.org/itemView.org201211241604588866 education and science, expecting to know the current situation of seniorschool English teachers' professional identity, and search for possiblesolutions.

 

0.2 Research Significance研究意义
The premise of the teachers trying their best to do the job well isgenerally determined by how they identify themselves as a teacher.Professional identity of English teacher is related to the development ofeducation and education reform results. Knowing about teachers'professional identity has a special significance in promoting thedevelopment of education and education reform. Theoretical SignificanceFirstly, the study will help us to learn about the situation of highschool English teachers' professional identity through the survey andanalysis. And this paper will provide theoretical foundation for planningthe policy of English education and English teacher in order to promotethe healthy development of the English teachers. Secondly, it will enrichteachers' professional identity theory and teachers' professionalAt first, it can function as guidance for English teachers to knowthemselves, position themselves, reflect themselves, examine their workattitude and find the significance of their career. Then it will give targetedstrategy for the education of high school English teachers and the trainingof high school English teachers. Thirdly, the paper gives advice onteacher management and the construction of teachers' team.

To be specific, my paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction of the whole paper, including theresearch background, research significance, and also the structure of thispaper.Chapter one presents a comprehensive review of existing literature,tracing the progress of teachers' professional identity theory abroad andin our country. There are also related concepts of professional identity.Chapter two introduces theoretical foundation, including Hierarchyof Needs Theory, Attribution Theory, Incentive Theory, MotivationSystem Theory, and Career Development Theory.5Chapter three presents research design.
