2.1 Definitions of Key Terms
2.1.1 Art Students
'Art students' is 'Specialty students in art'. 'Specialty student' refers to astudent who has more knowledge and skills in a particular field (such as art, dance,music) than the regular student. 'Art students' refers to the students who have specialpotentials and talents in art and have formed their specialties through professionaltraining and cultivation of the school, that is, art students. The subjects of this paperresearches are the students in senior high school who major in art, which is painting.After a rather long-term systematic training in painting, they have a certain level ofprofessional art. As specialty students, they participate in the college entranceexamination to get admitted to the academy of fine arts or general universities. Thiskind of student needs to undertake two college entrance examinations. One is the finearts college entrance examination (including the provincial fine arts examination andthe fine arts only recruit of some universities), the other is the college entranceexamination with regular students. College admission demands the proportion of thetwo results, then the best ones get admission.
The general characteristics of art students and regular senior high school studentshave obvious differences. The progress and difficulty of regular senior high schoolcourses are based on the fact that students focus most of their energy on class, whileart students spend half of their studying time on specialized courses. Art students' wayof thinking, cognitive characteristics and other psychological attributes are also verydifferent from regular senior high school students. Therefore, senior high school artstudents and regular senior high school students can not be generalized.

2.2 Theoretical Foundation
The Scaffolding instruction is produced and developed on the basis ofConstructivism theory and the 'Zone of Proximal Development' theory. It is thedeepening development of Constructivism theory, and it is the specific application ofthe 'Zone of Proximal Development' theory in the field of teaching.
2.2.1. Constructivism Theory
The Constructivism theory is gradually developed based on the thought ofVygotsky's theory (1978). Its focus is on knowledge construction and social andcultural mechanisms. The construction of individual knowledge cannot be carriedout at will but actively negotiate with others. After the constant adjustments of each other, a consensus on the construction of personal experience is formed. This is theunderstanding of Social Constructivism. While in the process of knowledgeconstruction, learners not only have to cooperate with the environment, but alsointeract with the learning community.
