摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,本研究从合作学习的理解、分组、活动效果、活动过程和评价机制五个角度,结合问卷调查、课堂观察和访谈三种研究方法,对高中英语阅读中合作学习的现状进行了调查。

本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,笔者认为高中英语阅读在英语教学中占有重要地位,而英语阅读能力的培养是当前教师面临的一个重要课题。因此,高中英语教师应充分利用合作学习等有效的方式和方法,激发学生的英语阅读兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力,让学生更好地参与英语阅读教学,有效地促进学生的英语学习。

Chapter One Literature Review

1.1 Related Concepts

The English Curriculum Standards for General High School(2017)also clearlyrequires teachers to help students grasp the key point in the discourse from the richinformation,interpret and evaluate the emotion,attitude and value of the article.

1.1.1 English reading class



Reading refers to the mental process in which the brain acquires and processesmeaning(Zuo Huanqi,2002).Zhou Xiaobing(2008)believes that readers first receivethe text through vision,then process the text,and use their brains to understand themeaning of the text.We can draw the conclusion that reading is a mental process ofreceiving,absorbing and applying.Therefore,we can conclude that the reader’sacquisition of meaning first comes from the word symbol,followed by the wordsymbol internalization.Reading teaching is to activate readers’backgroundknowledge,focus on explaining the goals to be achieved and try to apply newknowledge and skills to solve problems.(Sheng Qunli,2005)Ge Qingbo(2012)alsopointed out that English reading teaching should not only stay in the literal meaning,but also have a deeper understanding of the article,such as the author’s thoughts,emotions,etc.Wang Wei(2014)further proposed that reading teaching should helpstudents acquire and process information.To sum up,reading teaching is carried outunder the guidance of teachers,classmates and students to better understand the mainidea of the article and the author’s intention.Therefore,in reading teaching,studentscombine the existing knowledge with the newly acquired knowledge,that is,theprocess of information reconstruction.After a series of studies,there are threeimportant models:bottom-up model,top-down model,and interactive model.Thebottom-up model holds that instructional reading starts with word-by-word decoding, then goes to sentences,paragraphs,and whole texts.Its disadvantage is also obvious,this model ignores the ability to consciously extract and process information.It’s atop-down model,where the reader has to actively think about their own ideas andgoals and apply them and analyze the clues in the book in order to reach a conclusion.The disadvantage of this model is that it neglects the importance of lexical knowledgeand grammatical structure.In view of the shortcomings of the above two readingmodes,Rumelhart first proposed the interactive reading mode.The interaction modeis more comprehensive.

1.2 Research on Cooperative Learning in English reading class

This section mainly introduces the relevant research of cooperative learning inEnglish reading class,effectiveness of cooperative learning,the problems existing inthe application of cooperative learning and the strategies of cooperative learning.

1.2.1 Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning
