Two nuns bicycle 2011

 

Two nuns bicycle is designed by Ron Arad, This project was organised by the Elton John AIDS Foundation and W Hotels. Ron Arad used the natural ‘springy’ properties of the tempered steel give the wheels a slight cushion and allow for a smooth ride. Each of the wheel is created out of 18 interconnection strips of metal.

Aerial light allow to change angle with remote control. The body of the light is aluminium. This design were developed by Japanese company Nippon Antenna and Peter Keene. Ron Arad was getting idea from a remote-controlled fishing rod. This light is omnidirectional, this light can be adjust in three dimension. It is an upgrade of the flexibility provided the classic angle and poise lamp. 8
