The distinguished pricing structure of the grey goods makes it easier for the grey entrepreneurs' to establish a strong customer base within a short period of time, thereby helping them to penetrate money-spinning markets within the IT arena.

On the other hand, for IT organisations' & OEMs grey markets & its activities are a nuisance as it's not only responsible for decreasing their sales but also nibbling the market share. The only possible solution in such a scenario is to lower the prices of the products in order to survive.
