Career management is the art of managing own career plan for creating a way to proceed the life in a struggle mode to reach the peak of sucess. The success is depends on the activities of a people but a good career management also shows the roadmap to run the activities.

Why coaching is necessary? Cope(2004)viewed that coaching is a process of transference where one experenced person can impart to others with a goal to optimize performance also discover the hidden treasure on relasing potential. In addition, coaching will help to motivate or inspire the person for working effectively to achieve the persoanl or organisational goal and objectives.

As per schedule and booked appointment with Regent Coaching, we sit together in dec 2009 as first visit for discussing the four basic tasks and personality profile.

I got my personality profile summary report by filling the online form of the coaching throught internet. My primary personalty is ‘D'which takes a slower,easy pace toward their job and life in general.This category seeks security and longevity on the job and are very happy doing a repetitive task,day in and day out as the repetition allows them to become very skilled in what the do.
