摘要:本文研究了英国格林威治大学商学院开展的职业生涯管理项目,对个人职业规划相关概念作出了探讨和指导性意见。

ch strongly influence the members to react, perform or behave in a complex situation.The approach of a team member or leader can inspire to do such activities that will build good working environment and speed for performing better.Teamwork(Kakabadse, et al.,2005) is essential to managing in organisations, to increase productivity, efficiency, motivation,job satisfaction,creativity and customer responsiveness.Team member (Chou, et al.,2008) effectiveness can be behavioural which includes team member performance cityzenship, behaviour, creativity, and so on also attitudinal effectiveness refers to psychological factors like satisfaction and commitment. Idea may come individually but implementing this idea is required a team work and need to create a force to complete the work timely and economically.

 

Team dynamics helped to complete the monthly food distribution of a not for profit organisation where i worked as a team member. We identofied that collaboration and sharing our activities may extend our hands to the beneficiary timely and monthly.In every month, we have to manage 200 food distribution points (FDPs) but it was impossible to complete the delivery monthly. That is true that every month we are supplying commodity for more than 100 points but this is the delivery of combination of previous and present month. It created a great problem in every chain from warehouse to the head quarter especially in reporting. As a group member of this operation, I called a meeting with Warehouse Managers, Commodity Accounting Officers and all food monitors of three districts for solving these problems.

 

We understood that same work is going on but not in same month. It is a bad image of our region and need to make a plan to reduce the time of distribution. How it is possible and overcome. Commodity manager is responsible for every district and there was a discrimination of beneficiary like one district is controlling only 29 FDP but another one is 105 FDPs. So, one can help another after his distribution. Main problem is finalization of beneficiary list because we have to take various approval signatures from different department. We called another meeting with them and addressed the problems and seek assistance from them for any positive solution. They expressed that time is a big factor but possible. We had to start the selection process before the month and complete the selection within the first week of the months.

 

We committed to solve the problems and this month we will finish all distributions along with balance distribution of previous month. At last, we succeed in this operation. Whole team worked properly and helped each other. Now-a-days, we are distributing 100 % in every month and there is no problem in reporting and other administrating problems. Each member shared their problems and took help without any confusion or don't think others like attitude problems.
