摘要:高等教育的迅猛发展致使我国高等教育大众化时代悄然来临,大学生毕业生人数的增长快,形势严峻,大学毕业生的就业问题也就成为家庭、学校和社会关注的焦点,论文分析了当前大学生在激烈的就业竞争面前缺乏正确的认识,产生了很多的就业心理问题,要解决这些问题,必须挖掘问题产生的原因,本文就是从内因和外因两个方面解决就业心理问题。

Visible, the selection of vocational college students in the personal interests of a more rational , the primary consideration is the economic interests and personal development. Compared with the past , occupational social prestige and social status and other social factors in the evaluation of the importance of occupational decreased, utilitarian and individualistic tendencies of contemporary college students highlight the main features of job evaluation criteria .

The survey , when students in the choice of occupation denied reaction, 9.4 % of students are frustrated , depressed, afraid to find a job ; able to calmly face , ready to find a job for students up to 34.4% ; followed by depressed mood quickly adjusted and that there is a good opportunity to accumulate job experience , respectively, 28.1% ; others are 0 . This suggests that there is a large part of the student self-psychological adjustment , fully aware careers ; but there are still some students can not correct the face of careers . Schools and society need to give more help to correctly understand the face careers .
