摘要:高等教育的迅猛发展致使我国高等教育大众化时代悄然来临,大学生毕业生人数的增长快,形势严峻,大学毕业生的就业问题也就成为家庭、学校和社会关注的焦点,论文分析了当前大学生在激烈的就业竞争面前缺乏正确的认识,产生了很多的就业心理问题,要解决这些问题,必须挖掘问题产生的原因,本文就是从内因和外因两个方面解决就业心理问题。
