Office usually move to an area over a period of several years so that the expressed demand in any one year will depend on the size and occupation structure of in-migrant organisations as well as of those offices already well established. The demand for housing does not begin and end just before and after an office moves but can be spread over several years. All the employees who make residential changes do not do so for reasons connected with the location of their place of employment. It has been shown that the critical determinants of the volume of demand for housing at the particular residential area.

One of the biggest advantages when it comes to renting a residential office space is the amount of money that you would get save every month. Usually the rates are lower compared to the commercial spaces available in CBD area. This is because of the prestige location. The more commercialized it is, the higher would be the rental rate. On the other hand, the residential locations have lower rates for everything since it was not actually meant to be used for business purposes in the first place. It would be best if you would opt for a two-storey residential office space or have a big area.
Finding a business space downtown is always an advantage. The parking space and the commuting distance are of paramount importance.
