摘要:本文是一篇初中英语教学论文,本文在已有研究的基础上调查了“双减”政策下初中英语的现状,从而从理论上丰富了英语家庭作业的相关研究,实践上为英语教学带来部分启迪。

本文是一篇初中英语教学论文,笔者对英语家庭作业提出了建议:1.建立科学的初中英语家庭作业观;2.分层布置初中英语家庭作业;3.布置实践性作业,提高学生对初中英语家庭作业的兴趣;4.及时批改英语家庭作业,加强对初中英语家庭作业的反馈。并指出了本研究的局限性以及对未来研究的建议。

1.1 Research Background

In recent years,under the guidance of a number of policies,local governmentshave actively carried out the work of reducing the burden of students in compulsoryEducation,and achieved certain results.However,a period of time after theintroduction of these policies,there will be a rebound phenomenon,forming a viciouscircle of“overload-burden reduction-overload again-reload reduction”.Zhou andQi summarized it(2022).The“double reduction”policy is put forward in view of thecurrent outstanding problems of excessive student homework burden and heavyburden of off-campus training on July 24,2021,which is co-issued by general officeof the central committee of the communist party of China and of the State Council.

The“double reduction”policy is about to further reduce students’academicburden and off-campus training in the compulsory education stage.The policy insistson socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi jinping new era as a guide,focus onthe construction of high quality education system,strengthening school educationmain body status,to enhance the level of school education,deepening the off-campustraining organization management,builds the good education ecology,effectivelyreduce the stage of compulsory education students too much homework burden andoutside training.

The implementation of the“double reduction”policy has an impact on thetraditional education model,reflecting the Central Committee’s adherence to thescientific education concept,to the public welfare nature of education,and to theresolution of students’academic burden.It is an important decision to reduce theburden of students at the present stage from the strategic height of realizing the greatrejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

1.2 Research Purpose and Significance

The excessive burden on students has always been a stubborn disease of basiceducation,and it has followed the formation and development of the school educationsystem for many years.In recent years,under the guidance of a number of policies,local governments have actively taken some measures on reducing the burden ofstudents in compulsory education,and achieved certain results.Based on this situation,the“double reduction”policy has been put forward in 2021 for addressing excessivestudent homework burden and heavy burden of off-campus training in the stage ofcompulsory education.This paper will investigate the implementation of the“doublereduction”policy in the junior high school English homework,find out the existingproblems and analyze the reasons behind it.

In theory,this paper pays attention to the hot spot of the“double reduction”policy,and provides plans and possibilities for the implementation of the new policyin junior high school English homework design.Through the study of Englishhomework in junior high school,a new understanding of English homework has beengained,which enriches English homework theories and English teaching in juniorhigh school and provides guidance for teachers to improve teaching.At the same time,it also broadens the research angle of homework and expands the research dimensionof improving teaching quality.
