Introduction

In this knowledge-based economy time, people get tramped in the stress which the rapidly evolving future causes. As a mater of fact, it seems that every kind of occupation does exist more or less pressure, given to the changeable working environment, let alone teachers. Dena S, Lisa G (2006, P 160) education show that as is known to all, teachers are the greatest profession which is supposed to construct people’s soul and build up their minds. As a result, teachers are imposed by some pressures either from society and Education context.
In this assignment, the sources of the teachers’ occupational stress and its influence to education context and students will be critically discussed. The analysis of teachers’ occupation stress is aimed at explaining the causes and effects, and also emphasizing the importance of teacher group’s occupational stress.
