Whose advice supported the materials covered in class (make explicit links to course materials). 

Whose advice conflicted with the materials (cite materials) covered in class OR conflicted with the advice of the other interviewees?  If it conflicted with the advice from the other interviewees, can you cite reasons for the conflict?  For instance: differences in organizational structure, industry, organizational culture.

Presentation portion of the assignment:

Approximately 10 minute presentation with 2-3 minutes to field questions from the audience.  No need for slides, but if you want to show pictures of those you interviewed, that’s okay.
This should mirror but NOT be verbatim from the summary page.  Make this interesting and energetic!  Speak loudly, make eye contact, do not use notes if you can avoid it, annunciate, and be confident!!  Keep the audience’s attention throughout! 
Briefly tell us what your topic is and some of the questions you asked your interviewees.  Give us a back-story of those interviewed.  Where do they work?  What’s their title?  How did they get where they are today?  Why did you interview this person?
What is the advice from those interviewed and did it support or conflict with course readings and class discussions?  What did you think of the advice?
Add anything else you think is relevant to the exercise. 
End with a real conclusion; don’t just abruptly stop talking.
