摘要:本文是一篇高中英语教学论文,通过对学习案例的分析,发现:学习案例具有以下特点:学习案例中知识点的设计符合学生的学习规律。

At the beginning of the 21st century, the number of learning case researches hasincreased significantly. The researches of the learning cases mainly include these aspects: theprinciples of the learning cases, the differences between learning cases and lesson plans, theresearch on the problems in the actual learning cases.Firstly, about the principles of the learning cases, different scholars gave differentexplanations. But they lack further rational thinking about these principles and an in-depthresearch of how to use them effectively.

Gong Guosheng (2011) points out that the present learning cases have several problems,the design of the learning case should follow the general principles as below: studentscentered, teachers as the leading role, questions as the core and thinking training as thepurpose.

4.1 Analysis and Discussion of the Learning Cases

The structure is the main frame of the learning cases. So, it’s important to analyze anddiscuss the structure of the learning cases. And there’s a complete learning case of onemodule in the appendix for reference. The learning case of one module mainly include threetypes of learning cases: preview cases, exploration cases and practice cases.

4.1.1 Cognitive Objectives

The preview cases aim at making the students preview the words, the phrases, thepassages, the grammar and the culture corner preliminarily. In the researched learning cases,the preview cases just listed some the basic knowledge such as the words of this module, thesentence patterns of this module. And most of the learning cases just ask the students to findout the correct answers by referring the textbooks. It can help the students achieve theknowledge objectives. But the preview cases listed the knowledge points directly and thestudents can find the answers directly form the textbooks. This way of presenting theknowledge is not helpful for the students to achieve the ability objectives.

The exploration cases aim at leading the students expand and explore the knowledge thatthe students need to learn on the basis of the previews. The exploration cases list the deeperknowledge that was related to the knowledge in the preview cases. But the deep learning asksthe students can explore the knowledge by themselves.
