摘要:本文是一篇高中英语论文,笔者认为差异化教学实验是对传统教学的一种挑战,尤其是面对我国特殊的国情,课堂上学生人数众多。从学校的角度来看,在高考的压力下,他们不敢冒险大规模实施差异化教学。因此,教师需要思考如何在探索教学突破与保证教学质量之间取得平衡。在高中英语阅读教学中实施差异化教学,不仅是对传统课堂教学模式的挑战,也是对更科学的英语教学方式的尝试和探索。
First of all, after the experimental teaching, the overall scores of the students in the experimental class have improved, which means that the practice of differentiated instruction in high school English reading is feasible and effective. The improvement of grades will directly help students to build or strengthen their confidence and courage to challenge a higher level.
Secondly, the establishment of self-confidence will promote students to develop or adjust good reading habits. The improvement of reading level requires students to maintain the state of English reading all the time, which requires students to master scientific reading skills and make proper reading plan. Moreover, students’ sense of achievement in English reading will directly and positively affect all aspects of their English learning. English reading is only an integral part of English learning. In a complete English learning system, the good quality formed in reading will effectively promote the learning of other aspects of English.
Thirdly, the interviews and questionnaire survey show that students are inclined to differentiated instruction. Most students are willing to accept this teaching method. After the interviews and questionnaire survey, we learned that students think differentiated instruction can reduce their anxious mood in English reading class.
