5.1 Distribution of the Positive Attitudinal Resources in the RuralRevitalization News Reports

As mentioned in Chapter 2,attitudinal resources refer to the expression ofattitudinal meanings at the lexical level.So attitudinal resources are divided into threeparts:affect resources,judgement resources and appreciation resources.There are lotsof attitudinal resources in rural revitalization news reports to express writers’orspeakers’opinions and values on the related news events.After careful annotation withthe help of UAM corpus tool,the distribution of the three attitudinal resources areshown in Table 5.1.It should be noted that the repetition times of same word or phrasein different sentences are counted as the number of times.
