Grape wine is the second largest alcoholic beverage in the world. The production of grape wine took the peaks in the 1980s, then decrease to 26 million tones, and wave from 25million tone to 29 million tones, due to the unbalance of demand and support, the grape wine industry always provide larger than the demand, and the production is serious excess, the large increase of wine in China early from 1990s, then the consumer of wine keep a large increase. As the increase of income of people resident in China, particularly the development of middle income residents. The production and consumer of grape wine increase every year in China. according to the statics, the production of grape wine in China research to the 1 million tones, increase 25 percent compare to the 2009, the sale of grape wine in China more than 10 billion , the increase ia quickly. At present, the consumer of grape wine ia only accounting for 1 percent in the wine consumer, the per consumer grape wine only 0.35 liters, this is similar to the un-development counties, the consumer of grape wine in city is 0.7 liter, and difference ten times to the world average level. Difference 20 times to the advantages country, different from the France and Italy more than 100 times, from the analysis, the grape wine market in China has a large market space, actually as the quickly development of grape wine market, the completely of grape market also serious, how to sect the change of grape wine market, and make the right market strategic according to the itself situation has become the key of successful to operation. As the seriously completely, China has became the eighth largest grade wine countries in the World. Optimization the industrial structure not only represents the scale of product, but also the earning of industry, the return of equity of industry is 70% in 2010. The quickly development of grade wine industry not only attract the investors, but also attract the institution and experts to research the grade wine industry. And had many research results of production、consumer、market and production. While the research about the market strategic of grade wine is few. This paper mainly research the market of grape wine of China and analysis the market strategic, which may import for the grape company to make sure the market strategic, and formal the unique competitive in the market,
