摘要:作为教学工作者,教学理念左右着学生的发展,教学改革能很好的让教师了解学生,更好的指导学生。

ion of what the next project would be. Once I was done they would move into a working environment. For working days, the class would be able to move about freely, so long as they were on task. I would walk around and supervise. Giving my opinion and guidance to students who need or want assistance. 

I will approach my students with and authoritarian classroom. I will want them to know who the instructor is, and treat everyone else with respect. I also want a relaxed atmosphere, but I will not approach it by becoming a friend, rather than a mentor to the students. The relaxed atmosphere will come after ground rules are established. I believe in using positive motivation and leading by example. Those students that cannot be reinforced with a positive stimulus because of a discipline problem would have to be dealt with individually. Socrates once said, “Whom do I call educated? First those who manage well the circumstances they encounter day be day.” I would use this theory for discipline problems, because not one problem would be the same. 

Educational reform is a positive change, I think, because it gives teachers a chance to make changes in school. Teachers often times see what is going on, and what needs revision. It is easy for them to see things that need changed because they are always working with the students, and hearing what the students feel is lacking at the school. It is a way that teachers and the principal can see what really needs revised, and what really works. 

Mainstreaming is an excellent idea. It gives a chance for students with special needs to make new friends and see a new environment. This is one aspect of education that I look forward to. I believe that the special education child should be nurtured, but not coddled. They should receive some special attention, however they should be free to work and learn things on their own as well. I believe that these students can teach other “normal” students things about life that they could not possibly receive anywhere else. Mainstreaming teaches different concepts to each side, whether it is politeness, appreciation, or just awareness. I believe this is a very valuable method. 

I think that I would make an effective teacher. My ideas and theories are stable, but not perfect. I believe that one has to learn from the experiences they are given. Hopefully I will receive the opportunity to work with the staff in this educational environment.
