He has been engaged inancient Chinese literature translation and can translate among Chinese, English andFrench with his works ranging from poems to novels. As a productive translator, hehas been translating for all his life and has made great achievements in bothtranslation practice and translation theory. His translation works include Tang Poems,Song Lyrics and Yuan Songs. And more than 60 books have been published at homeand abroad, in English, Chinese and French.
