Introduction
The hotel is chosen as the Conrad hotel of Singapore, which is located in the heart of Singapore, i.e. the cultural and shopping districts of Marina Bay, near Suntec City of Singapore. As an award-winning luxury business hotel, the hotel provides the luxury services and rooms to the customers worldwide. The Conrad hotel is within the Hilton Family, the Conrad aims to offer the unique luxury experiences to the travelers.
In this
assignment, the author will describe the hotel’s food services under the risk entry scan inspection, moreover, the location and surrounding environments will be mentioned in order to analyze its related risks and opportunities as well. The risk catalogue will be addressed in order to evaluate the risks that may be occurred on the hotel.
Moreover, from the analysis of the risk assessment data, we may find out the risks associated with the hotel, the discussion on the risks will finally generate the resolution of the problems.
