 Report on question 2
1.0 Introduction
The report aims to answer the question why is the demand for skilled labour worker more inelastic than the demand for unskilled labour and an evaluation of the emprical literature will be provided. Three steps act as the procedure to approach the question. And the three steps are firstly examine the difference between skilled labour worker and the unskilled labour worker, the second step is to find out what is required for different workers of different skill levels, and the third is to give an insight into the problem with all the basic ideas. The third part is a general literature review which will make comparisons among different literature on this problem, and the advantages as well as disadvantages will be pointed out. Furthermore, some perspectives on a objective angle will also be presented.
