I. Introduction
The Hong Kong Airway Airways (non-exist) is a Hong Kong registered and Hong Kong-based international airline, providing scheduled passenger and cargo services for over fifty countries and regions. The Hong Kong Airway has directed itself as an international aviation company. The Hong Kong Airway was mainly affected by the recent economic downturn in 2009. The Hong Kong Airway and the whole commercial aviation industry is facing great challenges. Although the pace of decline slowed in the end of 2009 and passenger and freight business picked up slightly, the whole performance of the year declined. So it takes some proper strategies to deal with this change and maintain its market share and attract customers. In the current business environment, in order to survive and develop, more and more enterprises have to make strategic and organizational change. They take the https://www.51lunwen.org/AmericaThesis/2011/0915/1339413233.html initiative to implement change, manage change, rather than passive situation has occurred to respond. The research here focuses on dramatic change of The Hong Kong Airway’s strategies currently，which is strategic turning to the Mainland market. The objective of this research is to identify management of change by analyzing The Hong Kong Airway’s strategies. And it is expected that the indication of the research would be useful for further research.
