Critically analyze this statement.


1.0 Introduction
Team-work forces employees to internalize managerial controls, this view has been recognized by majority of scholars and corporate executives, many organizations promote their managerial controls through the introduction of teamwork. Although teamwork does have its advantages, in reality, there are still many problems in team management in practice, which hinders the emergence of cooperative behavior of a team and makes the model of team fail to achieve a necessary high-performance. It proves that the way of teamwork does not always promote an organization's managerial controls on the contrary, https://www.51lunwen.org/HowlandAssignment/2011/0817/1502429529.html some organizations which haven’t implemented teamwork have gotten good results in their organizational performance and organizational managerial controls (Knights and Willmott, 2007). Based on a review of relevant literatures, this study conducted a critical analysis on the point that teamwork helped to improve an organization's managerial controls, so as to understand the factors that affected teamwork’s role of promoting an organization's managerial controls and try to bring forward recommendations on practice of future managerial controls research.
