2.3 Principle of Activeness
Activeness is other principle in interpersonal relationship. Usually, people are willing to communicate with warmed-hearted people and unwilling to communicate with people who are cold. So no matter what are our educational background and our ability, activeness is crucial in interpersonal relationship especially for an office new comer. Also in a company, for a new staff, it is also needed to be active in doing more things than other. It could give the boss a good first impression.
2.4 Principle of equality
Everyone is born equal. So each person’s personality and dignity should be respected. So we should follow this principle no matter  whether they are our colleagues, subordinates, friends, partners, or lovers. Perhaps there are some people who have few educations than us or who are less capable than us, perhaps we are better than their in some aspect, but we should not be proud of this because everybody is equal and every people has its advantage and disadvantage.Equality is a basic rule of interpersonal relationship. 
2.5 Learning to Share
Communication is important in interpersonal relationship. Communication can be seen as processes of information transmission (Berlo, D. K. 1960). Share is one form communication. So when we are happy, if we share with others, our happiness will become two. If we share the sorrow with friends, our sorrow will become half. When we share our creative ideas with others, there will be more ideas spark. Learning to share could be the source of our happiness and success. 

3 Good Relationships with Boss  与老板的良好关系

Among all kinds the interpersonal relationship, the relationship with the boss may be the most important and the most difficult thing. The relationship between boss and subordinate is the basic relationship in a company. Some staff often complained that his or her boss is too strict to getting along with. So it is just the relationship between cat and mice. However, if you are unwilling to get along with the boss, the worse will be the interpersonal relationship with boss. So be brave to communicating with the boss is a strategy in a company. Usually, some students will work in foreign companies and should get along time foreigners. It is a challenge for us. The relationship between boss and subordinate determine a company’s stability and development (Mehrabian, A. 1971). So it is important to have a good relationship with the boss.
3.1 Respect and Faithfulness
Respect should be the most important attitude in order to have a good relationship with the boss. Their rich work experience and strategy are worth learning from, and we should respect their wonderful past and outstanding performance. However, not every boss is perfect. We should be remembered that giving advice to our boss is only a small part of our job. We should try to improve ourselves. Trying the best to move to a new level is the ultimate goal. If we have some suggestions, we should use some strategies to make the boss willingly accept our point of view in a respected atmosphere. Perhaps we do not like our new boss. In this situation, respect still should our principle in relationship to the boss. Boss is the core figure of the enterprise.
