hallenge Period, then the person that collected the single highest donation to
the RHMIMF in connection with the Event during the Challenge from amongst the
Tied Persons will be deemed to be the Top Individual Fundraiser.
2.2 The Top Individual Fundraiser will be contacted by phone, must sign and
return a standard release form and a declaration to the Challenge Sponsors within
48 hours, (a) confirming compliance with the Challenge Rules, (b) accepting the
reward as awarded, (c) releasing the Challenge Sponsors and their directors,
officers, representatives, affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotional
agencies and administrators from all liability, and (d) authorizing the Challenge
Sponsors to broadcast, publish and disseminate their name, address (city only),photograph likeness, voice, statement and image in connection with any publicitywith no further compensation to the Top Individual Fundraiser (the “Release and
Declaration”).
2.3 If the Top Individual Fundraiser cannot be contacted or fails to respond to
any e-mail or telephone message within 10 days of the Challenge Sponsors’ firstattempt to contact such Top Individual Fundraiser, or the Top Individual
Fundraiser refuses to sign the Release and Declaration or fails to return the Release
and Declaration to the Challenge Sponsors within 48 hours of receipt of theRelease and Declaration, then the reward will be forfeited and the ChallengeSponsors have the right to award the reward package to the individual thatcollected the next highest amount of donations and submitted those donations uponchecking in at the Event location at (location name), who will have to meet thesame requirements as stated herein. The Challenge Sponsors shall be released and
discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.
3. REWARDS
3.1 One (1) reward package will be available and awarded. The reward package
will consist of the following items:

3.2 All incremental costs in using or claiming the reward not outlined in this
reward description are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient.
3.3 Rewards must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted
or redeemed for cash. The Challenge Sponsors reserve the right in their sole
discretion to substitute any and all of the rewards for rewards of equal or greater
value should all or part of the reward become unavailable for any reason.
3.4 Return of any reward or reward notification or both as undeliverable will
result in disqualification and may result in the selection of an alternate Entrant.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
4.1 The Entrants agree to abide by the terms of the Challenge rules and by all
decisions of the Challenge Sponsors.
4.2 The Entrants agree that all decisions of the Challenge Sponsors are final and
without any appeal whatsoever in all matters related to the Challenge and the
Challenge Sponsors shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that
may arise or occur in connection with the Challenge.
4.3 The Challenge Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw, terminate or modify
all or part of this Challenge by publishing a notice on the RHMIMF’s website if
for any reason the Challenge is not capable of running as planned including
technical failure or corruption, computer virus, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control
