摘要:Here is the report of an interview with Chen Yan of Beijing Finance and Economics University. And in this report, we can see the issues in the organisation and management of educational institutions.

On the other hand, there are the experience of the basic management department.
To Chen Yan’s organization, it does adopt some measures to avoid the blindness and arbitrariness. If her organization gathers information from the computer, it will be more effectiveness. Because this is the information age.

(2)pay more attention on the summary of school practices management and the sublimation of experience to the theory. In the 40 years of country Founding, school administrators at all levels in China accumulated a lot of valuable experience in practice .
