Introduction
Corporate Governance includes the relationships among the many stakeholders involved and the goals for which the corporation is governed. The principal stakeholders are the shareholders, management, and the board of directors. Corporate governance has been the hot topic in recent times following widespread publicity of corporate scandals around the world, big names like 代写英国Accounting作业 Enron, WorldCom, China Aviation Oil.
