It can be seen that teaching is objectives-oriented and points to the cultivation ofkey competences;learning is to develop key competences and keeps consistent withteaching content;assessment is to promote teaching and learning.Therefore,the essence of teaching,learning,assessment is the same,and they all point to thedevelopment of students'key competences.Classroom activities are the basicorganizational form of teachers'teaching and students'learning and the main way toimplement the teaching objectives.In order to achieve the teaching objectives,teachers must set the teaching content and teaching methods consistent with theobjectives,that is,integrate the teaching objectives and learning results into theassessment tasks and classroom activities to ensure the consistency of teaching,learning and assessment.
2.2Studies at Home and Abroad
Teaching assessment plays an important role in the integration ofteaching-learning-assessment.Teaching assessment should run through the wholeprocess of classroom teaching and integrate with teaching and learning.It is necessaryto conduct research on teaching assessment at home and abroad.It is conducive topromoting the implementation of the integration of teaching-learning-assessment,andpromoting the development of students'key competences.This part illustrates studiesabroad and at home on the integration of teaching-learning-assessment and teachingassessment.
2.2.1Studies Abroad on Integration of Teaching-Learning-Assessment
In foreign countries,the first discussion about teaching,learning and assessmentwas vocational education teaching,and then Taylor’s objective model appeared.Atthat time,there were already signs of the concept of integration ofteaching-learning-assessment.Taylor proposed four stages of the objective model:establish objectives,select experience,organize experience,and assess results.That is,select teaching content according to the objectives,and assess whether the teachingobjectives are achieved according to the teaching process,which reflects theconsistency between the teaching objectives and the assessment.However,this theoryoveremphasizes objective orientation and is too rigid,which limits the initiative andenthusiasm of students(Cheng,2017).Therefore,Taylor’s objective model only staysat the theoretical level and was not implemented at that time.
