本文是一篇高中英语论文,本文从问卷调查、测试、文本分析和访谈的结果来看,基于呼叫的POA可以有效地提高学生的写作水平。学生的英语写作成绩和写作技能都有了很大的提高。首先,POA强调在教学目标方面,口语、写作和翻译表达能力的培养更符合社会需求,可以提高学生清晰描述事物和建立逻辑关系的英语写作能力。
Chapter 1 Introduction

1.1 Research background

With the continuous development of Internet technology and educationinformatization,the presentation of information has become diversified,and students’access to knowledge is not limited to the classroom,which requires teachers to keepup with the development pace of times,change the traditional teaching concept,andfind a more diversified and efficient teaching mode.

At present,the introduction of information means has improved the efficiency ofEnglish classroom,helped teachers to adapt to the information teaching environment,changed students’passive learning methods,and improved the effectiveness ofclassroom teaching.

English is an international language,and its importance should be valued.TheEnglish writing ability directly affects the English comprehensive language use ability.At the same time,as one of the basic elements of the English core competencies,writing is an important expressive skill and one of the most important teachingcontents in the current high school English teaching.How to reform English writingteaching and improve students’English writing level was the key research direction inthe future.

However,present English teaching attaches importance to input and ignores thecultivation of output ability.Therefore,the teaching effect is seriously affected,mainly manifested as students’negative writing attitude and insufficient writingproficiency.The English teachers urgently need to choose highly targeted teachingtheories or teaching methods to improve their teaching effect.

1.2 Purposes of the research

The application of advanced POA theory to traditional classrooms has certainshortcomings.In order to overcome the obstacles that traditional classroom languagematerials are not rich enough and communicative environment is not real enough,itbecomes more and more important to improve the richness of language materials andthe authenticity of communicative environment.Therefore,the author puts forward aproposed teaching mode based on CALL-based POA including three teaching steps:online motivating,online-offline enabling and online-offline Assessment,and appliesit to high school English writing teaching to verify its effectiveness.

Related studies of CALL and POA were mostly conducted in universities.But inthe present information society,Chinese high school students basically use computers.Under this background the study of CALL subjects can be extended to high schoolstudents.According to Wen(2020)POA can solve the problem of English teaching effect in the university.It is possible that POA can be extended to high school studentsto solve the problem of English writing teaching effect.
