In the post-epidemic era,the study of anti-epidemic discourse has come into theview of linguistic scholars.Still,after combing through the relevant literature,theresearch on the subjectivity of Chinese anti-epidemic discourse from the perspectiveof modality is not very common among the current research results.Therefore,theframework for analyzing the subjectivity of Chinese anti-epidemic discourse fromthe perspective of modality is constructed in this thesis,with the theoretical basis oflinguistic subjectivity and modality system.With these efforts,this thesis adopts casestudies and qualitative research method to analyze the Chinese anti-epidemicdiscourse from 2020 to 2022 in China Daily based on this framework,in order toexplore the speakers’perspectives,affects and cognition hidden behind the Chineseanti-epidemic discourse in different modalities,as well as the Chinese anti-epidemicspirits reflected by the subjectivity of Chinese anti-epidemic discourse in differentmodalities.This study has significance in theory and practice.It enriches the theoryof modality and linguistic subjectivity.It also provides a reference for understandingthe subjective components behind the speaker’s Chinese anti-epidemic discourse andthe communicative function of expression and meaning of Chinese anti-epidemicdiscourse.Moreover,the Chinese 本论文由英语论文网提供整理，提供论文代写，英语论文代写，代写论文，代写英语论文，代写留学生论文，代写英文论文，留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
